Allow yourself to drift into a state of deep relaxation and bliss as you are engulfed in the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and many other instruments from around the world. The sound bath experience is a way to connect back into yourself, and uncover layers of your mind as you lay back, relax, and let me do the meditating for you :)

**Pricing is based on the size of group, and the session is generally 45 minutes long.

Begin by gently moving into and opening up your physical body in a Yin Yoga class with juicy, long held stretches and breathing techniques for 30 minutes, then allow your physical body to rest as I bathe you in the uplifting sounds of singing bowls and other cleansing instruments for the next 30 minutes. This is a great way to really drop into yourself, and receive a full body and mind reset!

**Available for group or solo sessions, as well as a longer session.

Dive into your divine feminine, as we gently make space for our sensual, nuanced, and ferocious selves to break through and heal. We will start with a meditation based around our womb space and creating a safe, supported container and environment, move into a sound bath meditation focusing on activating each chakra in a way that supports our sensual selves, and end with some guided movement exploration to drop into our bodies and express our full selves. No movement experience necessary!!!
