Meet your guide:
Natalie Leibert
Natalie grew up in Southern California, where she started dancing at 4 years old and never stopped! She has danced professionally in companies as well as freelance, and toured all over the world. Because of this, movement and body awareness has been engrained into her life and teachings.
She is E-RYT 200 hour certified in Vinyasa yoga, as well as an additional 30 hours of Yin Yoga training, and has been guiding loving and creative yoga classes since 2018.
In 2019, Natalie had to receive her first hip surgery due to hip dysplasia, which made her step away from movement for a while. During this time, looking for a way to find fulfillment and self discovery, she discovered sound bath meditations. This helped her tremendously through this healing process, and allowed her mind to find peace during a time of change when she couldn’t use her body as much as usual.
After a few years of getting back to dance, she unfortunately had to go back in for second and third, even bigger surgeries on her hips. The time leading up to the surgeries presented itself as a blank slate, and sound healing appeared back into her life. She decided to participate in a sound healing training, where she learned the magic of sound and frequency to heal the mind, body and soul. Even as she was preparing for a major change in her life, diving into the world of sound meditation put her in a space of alignment and deep fulfillment.
She now aims to help guide others on their journeys into themselves, as they navigate this complicated, and beautiful life we live! She is continuously learning and developing new methods of connecting within ourselves, and would love to have you along for the journey as she shares the gifts of sound and movement with you!
